Passengers with Special Needs
Passengers of Bulgaria Air whose physical or medical condition requires additional services or specific assistance are entitled to special support. The airline must be informed about passengers with special needs at the time of reservation or ticket purchase, but no later than 3 business days before the flight date, in order to ensure the required services. Bulgaria Air does not transport passengers on stretchers on board.
How to Request a Wheelchair
The request for this service must be made at least 48 hours before the flight in order to guarantee proper arrangement.
